The 2011 program builds on the strong IPAA track record since 2007 in delivering effective and popular evaluation training.  It uses elements of the earlier successful five half day modules but packages them in a framework which reduces the pressure on time strapped public servants.  The evaluation offering represents a long term investment for the individual, branch, division, group and agency.
