Module 4: Improving Program
Design, Management and Evaluation through Program Logic
This half day workshop examines how
evaluation can be used to improve the performance of programs and
projects and support their on-going management. It focuses on
using program logic as an evaluative tool for program (re)design,
management and evaluation. This interactive workshop has a
practical emphasis and includes the use of case scenarios and syndicate
exercises.
To maximise
learning outcomes, it is recommended that participants who have no prior
evaluation experience attend Module 2 prior to attending Module 4.

This
module has been designed to provide participants with:
an understanding of how evaluation can be used to support the management
of program(s) / projects
an understanding of program logic techniques and how it can be used to
support the design of evaluation and programs
