Module 5: Developing an
Evaluation Capability
This half day
workshop has been designed to provide participants with an understanding
of how to develop an evaluation capacity and capability within their
organisation. The module focuses on key strategies and building blocks
required to support the development and maintenance of an evaluation
capacity/capability.
As Module 2
facilitates an understanding of how to manage and conduct evaluations,
it is strongly recommended that participants attend Module 2 prior to
attending Module 5.

This
module has been designed to provide participants with:
An understanding of how to advise or develop a strategy
for developing and implementing an evaluation capacity/capability and
culture.
Who Should Attend?
A
must for program/project managers (particularly executive and senior
executive officers) who are responsible for developing and implementing
an evaluation function within their organisation. |
