Courage Partners' consultants have significant experience in strategic and business
planning and analysis. This is underpinned by practical knowledge and
application of a variety of analytical tools and methods such as workshop
facilitation, environmental scanning, scenario planning, risk assessment,
customised survey design and using performance
indicators/information.

Airservices Australia - Conducted a series of Branch business planning workshops.

National Gallery of Australia –
Development of the Gallery’s Strategic Plan and ongoing
assistance with the development of the planning framework
supporting processes, business plans and associated
communication strategies. Associated activities included
environmental scans, interviews with key staff, and the conduct
of facilitated workshops with the Executive, staff and key
stakeholders. -
Australian National Audit Office
– Provision of services to inform ANAO strategic planning and
reporting processes. Services provided included strategic
planning advice, executive team facilitation and conduct of
customer satisfaction surveys (over a six year period). -
Department of Environment, Water, Heritage
and the Arts - Through workshops with
Departmental staff, Courage developed a strategic plan for the
Renewables and Energy Efficiency Division (REED). Courage was
further contracted to do facilitate the development of business
plans for two Branches of the Division. -
Australian Olive Association
- Courage project managed an Action Grant from DAFF for the
Olive Industry to implement the outcomes of the Industry’s
Action partnership project. This includes the implementation of
a new Code of Practice, an Industry Restructure, and revised
communication processes for the industry.
